The pandemic is not over. For the next 18 months, we will still have to lead a restricted life. And many of us are feeling demotivated, pessimistic and anxious about our future. At this stage, whether you are a parent who is pressurised with schooling the children from home, a working professional trying to keep your head above the water or somebody who is feeling unwell because of this restrictive situation, this workshop is for you. October is World Mental Well-being Month and as part of our awareness initiative for mental well-being we are doing a workshop to help you cope and emerge out of this with more positivity and better health.   • 12.30 pm: Your stress resilience plan
  • 1.15 pm: Break for lunch 
  • 2 pm: The Positivity Exercise 
  • 2.45 pm: Special emphasis on women, and how to deal with anxiety, pain and depression
  • 3.45 pm: Nutrition & exercises for anxiety release for the entire family
  • 4.30 pm: Design your own anxiety free life
  • 5.00 – 5.30 pm: Q&A
