Sanchita Gupta had come to me in Jan 2016, diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and after 7 months of treatment with me, she was getting better and wrote about it here
. Today, 2 years on, she has continued the path of holistic healing that I had prescribed, and I am delighted to share with you all that she’s doing amazingly well! Here’s Sanchita’s experience, in her own words:
“Here I am after 2 years of my diet. Oh no, let me rephrase it: Here am I perfectly fit, fine and healthy after 2 years of a wonderful life experience, stronger than ever, comfortable in my skin, with guts to face the world and take it head on.
I’m 24 years old, and when I went to Rachna ma’am, I was 22, and my bhabhi had recommended I start treatment with Rachna ma’am. I had just been through a bout of steroids with Max hospital, but had not begun active medication. Doctors clearly said there’s no cure for MS. So I decided to “try” Rachna ma’am’s treatment.
The first 2 weeks were tough. I had nausea, vomiting, uneasiness, but she asked me to hang in there, and said my digestive system was weak and in time, it would get stronger and I would get better. I think the best thing I did for myself was to trust her. I followed everything with faith and my faith paid off. My energy began returning within a few weeks, my balance was better, the headaches disappeared and I was truly grateful that she was treating the root cause, not my symptoms. After 7 months,I had reached 7-7n half already, and my case was published on her website.
It’s 2 years now. I am in space now that I have forgotten that I was diagnosed with something and just live, do yoga, eat healthy, show gratitude and carry on.
Life is so much better. Doctors told me that life would be no different. All I had to do was take one pill after breakfast and dinner but the catch here was that “one pill” for a month’s dosage costed me 40,000 and it was doing more harm than any good. The side effects were that my face all filled up with pimples and my hair became too brittle and weak that I lost almost all of them. Doctors as usual took no responsibility and didn’t even inform me about these potential side effects.
After one year of my treatment with Rachna ma’am I took the plunge to leave that pill altogether. And it’s been a year now and my body and bank account can’t thank me enough! And I can’t thank enough this rock solid woman for innumerable things.
What I also found while following the diet is that if you have a will, God will leave no stone unturned in helping you find a way!
It is been to 2 years since my introduction with the diet plan and fight to win over MS is still on. And I am optimistic that what doctors find “incurable” will soon turn into a curable condition. I’m here, almost reaching the light at the end of my tunnel, climbing my own mountains and watching the sun rise. I work, travel, and enjoy life like a normal 24 year old. No, let me rephrase that: I enjoy it MORE, because I know how valuable good health is.”
Sanchita didn’t look at my plan as a “chart.” She welcomed it, absorbed it, lived it. And the results show.
Did I tell you that I follow Sanchita on social media and her posts make her infectious energy stronger? Sanchita had MS. Today, she has life, because she walked towards life with open arms and embraced it. She will always be an inspiration for those struggling with MS.
