Bacteria living in our gut can impact weight, fat and good cholesterol levels, factors essential for maintaining a healthy heart.
So how do you do that? Good bacteria survives on good food: raw vegetables, fruits, specifically apples, cranberries, celery, coriander, carrots… and fermented foods like yoghurt, kefir, miso, kimchi etc. So up these in your diet. Also, get adequate sleep, reduce stress, and drink lots of water.
